Our Approach

We provide mortgage advice and protection solutions tailored to our clients. We understand the difficulty with buying a property in a foreign country, taking out a mortgage in a foreign language and probably in an unknown market with different rules but also different opportunities.

We answer all your queries, explain the market in your mother tongue and guide you through the process to find the right mortgage and protection. Although all documentation will be in English, we provide a friendly consultation in both Italian and French on which we will clarify the procedure, present the various products available and identify the most suitable mortgage to your needs and requirements.

Mara Bottari

holds a Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) from the London Institute of Banking and Finance. After more than 10 years in investment banking as a lawyer, she re-qualified as a mortgage advisor and founded KPC Mortgages Ltd. She is mother of four children and regularly practices boxing and yoga. She speaks fluent English, Italian and French.
